Cant Figure out how to import Mods

I just got a pc and wwe 2k19 a few days ago and have been learning to Mod. Ive been a able to add new renders and overwrite current wrestlers with there updated looks, but when I try and add a new superstar like John Morrison or MVP i just cant seem to get them into the game. Any common issues I may be doing wrong?
