Empty string

Hey guys, I'm importing Austin Theory into WWE2k19. I have everything right, but it says 5665 Empty string to be filled, what did i do wrong?

5665 Empty string to be filled is a placeholder in the Super String file which the creator of the .pofo you are using used since Austin Theory isn't available in the Super String. What you need to do is edit the \WWE 2k19\mods\SuperString\pac\string\win\string_win.pac file and replace this 5665 Empty string to be filled entry with Austin Theory (you can do so with WrestleMinus or a Hex Editor - if you use the latter, you'll have to replace the additional characters in this string with the hex value 00). The first value you will find will be for the English String, if you run the game in a different language, you'll have to replace it for your language (or just replace it for all).

I changed it, and rebuilt the .def file, but it still says 5665- Empty string to be filled

copy the super string pac file to correct place in your 2k19 install directory, then delete the supersting pac file in your mods folder

Are you sure you changed it for the language you play in and you don't have another copy of the string_win.pac file anywhere in the \mods\ folder except the Super String? Also, you've regenerated the Chunk0.def with CCT (and not any other tool) in Full mode, right? If not, use CCT to do so.

do i get rid of the number 5665 and leave the rest or remove all of that

5665 -EMPTY STRING TO BE FILLED is the placeholder of the String you want to replace. You replace the whole thing (including the number and the dash with the name), so it instead says AUSTIN THEORY .

In case you're using a Hex Editor to change the String, be careful not to change the file length, so if there are more characters in the String you're replacing and the String you are replacing them with is shorter, you'll have to zero out the rest of the characters in the original String (replace them with 00 in the Hexadecimal field).

Okay so when it has ..........5665 -EMPTY STRING TO BE FILLED.ASYA... I get rid of "5665 -EMPTY STRING TO BE FILLED" and the rest replace with 0's?

i had the same issue, use wrestleminus!

It´s way easier than working with a hexedit.
