How do I change managers to become playable wrestlers?

I want Zelina Vega to show up under the females category when picking a wrestler.

I know about the custom character trick but I don't want to do that. 

If anyone could give me a tutorial on how to do that, I'd be very grateful.

Edit the wrestler's .pofo file in Data Editor, change the "Unlock Status" from "Manager" to "Unlocked", change "Set as DLC" to "No" (you might also want to check and change any other things in the .pofo as well as .moveset files while you're in Data Editor, as managers usually don't have fully fleshed-out files in comparison to regular Wrestlers), save and click on the "Install .pofo via CCT" button (CCT will have to be installed beforehand, of course). Read the Data Editor Tutorials to learn how to do this exactly if you haven't yet.
