How to replase wrestlers?

Im trying to replase Santino, and i don´t know if i am doing it wrong, so this is what i do.

 

-Open "Carlito.pac" file on Xpacker and extract the file and save on desktop

-Uncompress "Santino.pac" with xbcompression

-Open "Santino.pac.uncompress" with Xpacker and inject Carlito`s file

-Update

-Replase the arc and pac on my xbox

Fatal crash

 

Please someone help me, i want to know how to mod but im not really good with english and its hard to understand all the steps to follow.

I think Santino its cursed because i get fatal crash with him too
