RatedR77 Posted September 19, 2020 Posted September 19, 2020 I installed an Umaga Mod and installed his theme song in wem format. attached it to him in entrance creator in the game. It plays on his entrance before the match, but when I win the match another song plays??!!? I tested to change his theme song to another, saved the entrance and exited the game, went into the game again and changed it again to his own entrance theme, saved it and exited the game and restarted it. Sounds good on entrance in a match, but on the win another song plays again.... Does anyone else have this problem?? This is the first time this happens on a mod for me, others have worked fine. Can it be something with the Pofo file or something else that might be faulty? Quote

cosmiccryptid Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 In WWE2K, it's possible to have different theme songs for both the entrance and the victory -- it sounds like Umaga's victory music is set to something separate from his entrance music. This would be handled in the .moveset file, but you can change this in-game by editing Umaga in the Create A Victory section in-game. 1 Quote
rynebrandon Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 If you open the Umaga moveset in Data Editor, you may notice that his victory song is set to something different than his entrance song. They are two separate conditions you have to set. 1 Quote
RatedR77 Posted September 20, 2020 Author Posted September 20, 2020 (edited) That´s odd! I didn´t have to do that on other mods, they worked flawelessly with their set themesongs. But thank´s for the support guys, I will look into that and see if it works. Edited September 20, 2020 by LN77 Quote

The first mods I downloaded were Cody Rhodes and CM Punk, which both worked spectacularly, but as I pivoted to more obscure wrestlers, the mods started to vary a lot more in terms of quality and quirkiness. Punk is a really popular mod with a lot of people competing to put out the best mod and a lot of downloaders giving feedback to the creator. Umaga is the kind of mod that probably has 1/20th the demand, which makes quality control a lot more of a crapshoot. Glad it all worked out! Quote

I have seen that on moveset-files as well. I have to clean up a lot of the legend movesets, since their signature moves and finishers are not accurate. And in some cases a wrestler has acrobatic jump moves when it is for a powerhouse. So I just go into all the movesets and edit them when I have installed them on the wrestler, because 99% have wrong moves set on different levels for them. I want them to be as accurate as possible to their real life character. I mean, Giant Gonzales did Jumping Snapmares on guys sitting down and high flying dropkicks for christ sakes before I edited the moveset file.... 🙂 Quote
