Does anyone know where the referee Renders (from the referee select screen) live?

Hey, I am hoping someone may be able to shed some light on an issue I am having regarding this topic. I have an uncompressed DDS file ready for injection but when I inject the file into the specific referee in ltag_referee_select_win.pac, the render does not show up in game for some reason. Super noob here, I've tried using PacEditor and Wrestleminus but doesn't seem to be working. I'm guessing I have somehow convert the DDS file to a oodl file?

Edit: Figured this out. I needed to use oodl tools for conversion.
