Vey nice. That matchup screen can't be added if you aren't replacing an arena unfortunately.

Secondly 2k18 matchup screens are slightly different to 2k19's and will not display properly without modifications.

The generic matchup screen is assigned to all arenas which haven’t got their own matchup screens and will override whatever matchup screen is assigned.
There is a file which handles this assignment but we haven’t been able to locate the data.

You can use a created matchup screen in create a show replacing one of the generic ones..

would you happen to know how to change the location from new orleans to dallas?

I do. It’s by editing the locator data in the misc01_start.pac file. I’m away from my PC at present. Once I get on, I’ll put up a short write up on how to change it.

ive been reading up about that file, but whenever i open it in wrestleminus i get a blank screen, maybe the file might be corrupt?

You can’t edit the file in wrestleminus as it wasn’t coded to edit the file.

You have to manually edit the file in HxD.

Do take note not all data files can be edited in Wrestleminus.

The data for the location is not in the 02 file. its in the 000A file which can't be edited in wrestleminus as its not coded to display the data in that file,

As promised. I will show you what you ned to do here.

1.First open the misc01_star.pac file in pac editor and extract the 000A.loct file from it.

2.Open the file in Hxd.

3. Open the string file in Wrestleminus and search for New Orleans. (You need the string new Orleans LA . Sting ID 4595)

4.Flip the bytes as 95 45  and perform a hex search for 95 45.

here is a screenshot.

I have highlighted 3 other bytes

000F ,0072 AND 01 91.

These are the ID of the arena's which have a fixed location set as New Orleans.

Using @hovathagod32's arena spreadsheet, you can look up the ID's and arena names.

000F = 15  is the ID for the Wrestlemania 34 arena

0072 =114 is the ID for NXT Takeover New Orleans

0191 =401 is the ID for Wrestlemania 30 arena.

If you want to change the location for the arena to Dallas Texas, you need to remove the arena ID from the New Orleans list and add it to Dallas Texas.

5. What you first want to do is change the 0F 00 to FF FF .

6. Next , search for Dallas  in the string file and note its ID . You need the entry listed as Dallas, TX (45 F3)

7.Flip and search for F3 45 . Here is a screenshot.

8.Replace the first FF FF with 0F 00. This will set the location for Wrestlemania 34 as Dallas TX.

9.Save and reinject back into the misc01_start.pac file.
