Wow, your pac folder seems to be a mess. It looks like you've got lot of redundant folders and files in your .pac folder and quite a bit of duplicates.

Get rid of all the different folders for the Ported moves pack, etrances pack including supplementals etc.. Then download the latest versions of them (the ones that combine all the previous ones) and put it (alongside with any other mods you may have inside the WWE 2k19\pac\ folder) into your mods to the \WWE 2k19\mods\<modName>\ folder (but don't copy folders like "optional", vanilla createmode.pac file, etc.. - only copy the files you want into the WWE 2k19\mods\<modName>\ folder). After that, use CCT to regenerate the Chunk0.def file with the "Full" option.
Keeping all your modded .pac files inside the \mods\ folder will allow you to keep all the mods in one place (which will make it easier to keep track of things, back them up, remove mods, etc..) and the original game .pac files fully intact.
