Help with in game renders?

I'm trying to mod renders for some obscure wrestlers who don't have any high definition photos online, specifically:

Kenny Kaos & Robbie Rage of High Voltage

JC Ice & Wolfie D of PG-13

Anthony Durante & Gary Wolfe of The Pitbulls

I just commissioned these mods with LeonRick and he is doing amazing work as usual but I need to find good, solid renders. I keep seeing people making renders using the in game modded character and I am wondering if there is a tutorial somewhere on how to best achieve this. I know how to make renders via photos but unless you are finding a lucky time to pause the game, how can you find a worthwhile time to grab a still and make a render via an in game model?
