Installed Mods swap in game

I'm having an issue where I will install a mod pac file via CCT and then when in game that character will be replaced by a different mod pac. Lets say for instance I have a custom Rock mod and instal it via CCT, when I boot up the game that character is replaced by a Triple H mod that I did not install to that slot ID. Any Idea what could be going on here?

Did you use wrestleplus by any chance?

I have wrestle+ but I did not use it to install these mods.
