Using mods on current gen consoles

Hey guys,

So I was reviewing the modding scene for the PC and I had a question for something in regards to modding on the last gen consoles. So remember in the last gen consoles there were certain files for the game we could access to perform the mods. Can the same thing occur in the current gen consoles? Is there a way to access the game files on disc?

Im guessing because 2k19 can now run on jailbreak PS4 that mods would be possible now too but thats just a guess, I dont have any first hand experience with it.

I my self own a PS4 and XBOX One I also own a nice Gaming Laptop, it's not possible To run any WWE 2K Mods on a JailBroken PS4 you can add Files  to Your console similar to  PKGs like Retro Emulators SuperNintendo and Sega Genesis Atari etc. You can add certain Mods But only for a limited list of certain Games Varying on What Console You own But you can't access Disc Files  for Current Gen You can access Game Files easily with a Xbox 360 and PS3 If you use a PC to access Game Files that's a Bonus But PS4 and XBOX One it's a bit more complicated then it Sounds. you can't Access Current Gen Game Files It's not Possible sadly Hope that Helps Answer your Question.

If there is a will there is a way. I truthfully think these things can be accessed through a back-door of sorts on current gen consoles. Not everything is imperative

I have tried accessing some Game Files With a Modded PS4 that I use offline to Not Risk having My Main PSN account from being permanently Banned, sadly there isn't a Back Door for Current Gen Consoles I have expertise in console Modding so If there was A back door I would have been able to Access it Like Game files Textures Models etc. But it's not possible on Current Gen Consoles There's no work around for it But Last Gen Consoles  is easy to access Game Files. Current Gen Consoles There's no way to access Game Files even on Disk So it's Not possible to access.

If you Have a Laptop or a Desktop PC you can easily access Last Gen Consoles Game Files from it And even Mod The Consoles and Apply Mods to The Consoles Like the XBOX 360 and The PS3 You can Do a lot with The  Last Gen Consoles Current Gen Consoles Not even possible to Mod Unless you owned WWE2K on Steam or A physical copy of it You can mod it and Access Game Files but Not Current Gen Consoles.

current gen has been out about 7-8 years by now, im sure if it were to be possible, it would have been done by now
