Sound Editor for 2k19 on PS4?

Has anyone tried and had success witn sound editor for adding custom theme songs for created or downloaded wreatlers? i miss the old days of being able to download legends and put their actual theme songs in their entrance.

i have never used it and was wondering how easy it was to do and the steps?

sound editor can not be used on ps4

In theory, one could probably use it for the PS4 version of the game. But at the very least, you'd have to have full, unencrypted read/write/change access to the PS4's file system (or possibly being able to manipulate the content on the game disc before you install it, if it includes the sound\*.pck files) on your PC for it. For exampleI, I could imagine one could accomplish this with a PS4 or PS5 Dev Kit if one is a developer and has access to such.
