Adding Modded Superstars to the game

Can anyone help me and show me how to install new superstar into the main roster? i have been trying for days now and the superstar i am trying to install don't show up. I have watched every video out there so far using CCT on how they install the superstar i followed every step by step instruction on how they do it and still no show for my game and roster. I do have every DLC and my game is up to date because i reinstall my game and same with CCT and tried if afterwards and still same result as before. Has anyone else gotten this issue? Can someone please help me.

Have you followed the instructions on the Installing Mods Wiki page? Video tutorials are often outdated and/or leave out important details that you'll be able to read about in the Wiki.
Keep in mind that some slots will require PerfectPlextra to be installed in order to work.
Also check if the .pofo for your Superstar has the correct names set (you can do so with Data Editor) and that the Super String you have installed actually contains the name, otherwise it may show up without a name or with a different name.

I have the  same issue. I've followed every step on the wiki page, and nothing in the game changes.

That's odd. Is the Steam version of the game as well as all the modding tools fully updated and all the tools pointed to the proper game directories and having all the privileges necessary to access the game files and memory?

if you have discord i would be willing to help, im new too pc modding too but im got a few things down already (installing characters and alternate attires being the main ones)
