Would anyone be willing to show me how to use Pac Editor?

Hey guys, sorry to bother.

I'm trying to figure out how to use Pac Editor so I can inject those new WM35 HD gfx, US Title, etc.

I'm sorry I'm just not getting it. :/

you dont need pac editor for the new us title, that is just a copy paste job
