Superstar not showing up

I have search for how to upload superstars into the game and my superstars don't show up. I tried like 3 different superstars that in the custom character tools list and nothing. i first download the character design then import the pac for both attires. download moveset,  pofo, gfx, and theme etc. Open the game up go to the roster change something save then alt tab to import moveset and pofo. Go to the roster again and do a change and save. Go to play now and superstar didn't show up. am i doing something wrong? i have render on all current roster updated attire on wrestlers and they all work. Please help me out want to add more superstar like Tommaso Ciampa, cm punk, omega kenny, etc.

i have tried what all this video shows me multiple times and my superstar doesn't show up still.. Tried doing tommaso ciampa and kenny omega and nothing this still don't show up in the roster. I don't know why they don't show up.

if I may ask, what release version of the game do you have ? The latest and last update was 1.04.Can you confirm you have this version ?

uh i should have it. i check on steam says everything in the game is up to date i bought the dlc to see if that was the issues and nope tried it again and superstar still don't show up. can anyone help me figure this out really want new superstar. my Discord is Luismoso#5155. if anyone willing to view how i do it and guide me step to step because i have done what the video shows and nothing happens. Please and Thank you.

Hm. What do you mean by not showing up? Does it not show up in the menu or does the game crash when you select them or otherwise?

If it doesn't show up in the menu, scroll through the list and see if there are entries with weird names or no name at all. If that's the case, you'll have to install the Super String (provided the name is in the Super String, otherwise you'll have to add it yourself with a Hex Editor or WrestleMinus and also set the proper Name values in the .pofo with Data Editor).
If you have tried adding the name yourself, then maybe you didn't add it for the language you are playing in. Try setting your game to English and see if the names show up. If they do, then these entries are missing in your language part of the Super String and you'll have to change them yoruself or keep playing in English.
