adding in entrances & victory???

OK I've been failing at this for so long and I feel I need to get to point of how this finally works. I'm trying to add in the rocks "ROCK ATTITUDE ERA 2K16 WINNING" animation and I put everything in the right place. But when I try to find the animation in data editor its never there. Yes I rebuild the def. Its still never there. Why is this not working?

Which ID does the animation use? You might have to add it to VictoryAnimationID.data with a text editor if it isn't already named in the list. But even without the name showing up, you should still be able to access it in Data Editor via ID undless that isn't in the list either in which case you'll just have to add the ID.

Ok the ID is 6044 it look like this "06044_The_Rock_98_-_99.pac".... The file had instructions to just add the file to the correct location ch/evt. which i did that. Then regenerate the def file, which i also did. But every time i check for that file to show up in the data editor victory, its never there. And this gos for any entrance or victory i have tried. I never works.....i know im doing something wrong. Im also not familiar with how to change the ID for these files. 

 

Is there a video tutorial anywhere for this stuff. I need to finally get control of this. Thanks for the help
