It should run (depending on some of the details), but I'm not sure how well.

Which CPU exactly is it? How many cores does that CPU have and does it have Hyperthreading? What's the clockspeed? Which generation is it? If it's a reasonably recent and highly clocked quad core or more it should be okay. Dual Core (especially without hyper threading) might not run it very well.

A 256GB SSD might fill up rather quickly if you don't have additional storage (it might be okay if all you have on the laptop besides the OS and some smaller programs is this one game, though). I'd try to go for at least  a 1TB SSD, especially if the laptop doesn't allow for additional storage. They don't cost the world anymore.

8GB of RAM may be borderline, I'd recommend to go for 16GB instead, especially when running lots of Mods (or at least see that the laptop has an additional slot for RAM so you can upgrade it with an additional 8GB module later...then again, running with only one module means it'd be single channel, which could also be slower.

Which resolution do you want to play in? Anything above 1920x1080 that GPU won't be enough for, although even then you might have to lower your details to get a decent framerate (it's a mobile GPU after all, which are often quite a bit slower than their desktop counterparts). I'd recommend at least a mobile RTX 2060 or above (a mobile GTX 1080 should work as well in case you can get one cheaper) for 1080p.
