Observe: I hacked it open, and it came up as 13/12 in the list, which i found odd, and the fact it has SOME clipping, at least (though you can still run in the crowd and fight.) So yeah, is it normally unlockable after youve beaten the game or something? Just wanna know so I dont release pointless codes. Talking of which, Ill have the full list of move list mods up soon, along with moves values.
