My Data Editor isn't working do I need to download another version

You'll have to provide more detail than that. What isn't working? What happens? Do you get any errors?
Did you check the Data Editor thread and the Data Editor Tutorials for a solution?

Generally, you should download and install the latest version of Data Editor for the game you wish to use it with. Also, make sure to extract all the files from the archive or it won't work.
