Universe Titles Can't Be Vacant?

i noticed that you can't make titles vacant to start a universe which i what i was planning to do - wondering what everyone does to make their universe interesting with titles in the beginning

Yes, select the title you want (For example in a Ring Of Honor show, the ROH Pure championship), place it in the show. Select the first title holder, for example Bryan Danielson for ROH Pure championship, and save.
Once this is validated, you will be able to remove the champion in the show universe menu, or the title too.

And the title can be "vacant"
