Cave Waverider Posted July 1, 2020 Posted July 1, 2020 Before you post and ask for modding support, please read and understand this post. Visit the Smacktalks Modding Wiki (also linked in the Site's top menu). Many of the questions concerning Modding these games - be it installing mods, learning how to mod or otherwise - are answered and explained there. Especially if you are new to installing mods or have questions regarding modding, taking your time to read the Modding FAQ and the Installing Mods Wiki page first. Most questions you may have about installing mods are answered there and the Installing Mods wiki page has a much more accurate guide on how to install mods than any of the "tutorial videos" (some videos even teach you wrong approaches to modding due to being outdated or otherwise that can lead to issues like mods not showing up, issues down the line etc..) floating around out there. Use the Forum's Search Function on top of the page to search if anyone has already asked the same question as you did and possibly have gotten it answered. If you still have questions about that same topic, post in the thread where the question has already been asked instead of creating a new one, as that will make it easier to find for others searching for the same problem/topic. Also use the Search Function to find guides, tutorials and other things on the forums (also search the forums from older games, as much of the information about modding them also applies to this game). Before posting on this forum, read the Site Rules/Guidelines so you don't violate any of them. If you have problems with getting a modding tool to work, rad the official Tutorials and/or a FAQ (if available), they may already answer questions you have and/or help with problems you may have encountered. This forum is for WWE 2k19. If you have questions about other games, use the appropriate forum instead! If you are using a pirated and/or cracked version of the game, you will receive no support here, so don't ask as you will be dealt with according to the Site Rules/Guidelines. Aside from the reasons given in the Site Rules/Guidelines, modding cracked versions of the game simply won't work the same way due to the nature of modding these games, as the memory structure is different. So if you wish to mod your game, buy the official game on Steam instead (they are often very cheap during Steam Sales, too, so there really isn't an excuse not to buy it). No, modding these games on consoles isn't possible the same way as on the PC version. Although some of the modded PC files may be usable on consoles as well and some modding would be possible if you were able to get around a console's data encryption, most modding tools won't work with console versions and modding if possible can only be done manually in similar ways as has been done in games on the last generation consoles. This forum is mainly about PC modding, however, so please remain on topic.
