Moveset problem

I'm trying to finish installing Mankind but his moveset are a mess. Everytime I try to do something to a superstar on the ground (except a grapple) he either falls randomly or does nothing. I tried editing the moveset file with data editor and even copy movesets from other superstar and sometimes the glitch gets fix but then again in the next match... he falls down again. I remember in previous games when that happened it was because of the moves not being set or the wrong ones were chosen but this time I went through every move with data editor and the in-game menu. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance

Hi, You will need to use a fresh pofo and moveset rather than trying to edit the pofo you've installed. The reason is the pofo and moveset were imported templates from 2k18 which will cause issues during gameplay. 

I believe there is another pofo and moveset for Mankind floating around somewhere.
