Mods now not showing up during entrance

So long story short I downloaded this guys 2k16 arena import, it worked kind of. Except all the rings to the arenas were wrong and my created shows became unavailable to use. 
 

so I deleted the files of the import arena mod and then the mod were successfully deleted and my created shows were available again but if I tried to play them game would go on infinite loading. So deleted all created shows after.

now the bigger issue I run into is all my mods entrances attires come out as a basic model for the game, but when the match starts they are all back to How I modded  them.

 

Any help how to fix this? Without having to redownload everything

It seems to me you have deleted more files than necessary.

The misc04_arena.pac file handles the assets assigned to each arena.The mod pack should include one. If you have a copy of this file in a different location, the game might have been reading that instead. 

Regarding created CCT arenas, the slots used are shared with the additional slots used to add arenas . This is the reason most CCT arena's wouldn't load after installing arena mods. You may have to install the modded arena first then try installing CCT  arenas thereafter.

You may have deleted the evt_data.pac file in the pac\evt folder. You will have to confirm you have the evt_data,evt_data_p10,evt-data-p20 and evt_data_p30.pac files in that folder. There's also the possibility you have deleted another file in the pac\root folder.
