I Tried The NPC Trick But They Are Already Unlocked Just Not Showing Up On Roster Selecetion Screen. The Character I`m Talking About Is In Wasteland Wanderers Gas Tax Tower. I`m Trying To Make A Wasteland Universe And That Character Uses Glasses With A Faceover That Isn`t Normally Selectable. Does Anyone Know How To Make Him Show Up In The Roster Selection Screen?
