How do I delete an attire in CCT?

Hello, I have installed Custom Character Tools (CCT) to install my mods. I installed Owen Hart and he was working fine, then I used Data Editor to unlock more attires. I added a 2nd attire and third attire making sure I put them in their respective slots but when I play the game, Owen comes out in random attires. He might have his entrance attire 1 and then appear in the ring with ring attire 2 or 3 and so on. I have tried to overwrite the files. I deleted my save file, I uninstalled all mods, I  deleted all .ch files in mods folder and pac folders and a fresh save file but the attires are still there. all my other mods work fine. Except for a couple.

If it's the same system as 2k19, the .pac mods are stored in your WWE2k20 -> mods -> CCT -> Characters folder.
You just have to remove the .pacs installed on the modded superstar by searching the corresponding numbers.
Don't forget to clear and regenerate the chunck file with CCT after that.

It is wwe 2k19 that I am modding. I deleted everything out of the wwe 2k19/mods/cct/characters like you said then I cleared the arc and regenerated the def but all the modded characters are still there. I just tried it again to be certain. I even tried it on a fresh installation and a fresh save data. There are currently no files in the characters folder but they are still in the game and playable. Does the game have to be on by any chance?
