Okay so I downloaded and installed the PKG but when I start the game I noticed that the only functional DLC are alternate attires is there some sort of DLC Fix that I need to download aswell

From the looks of it the only dlc available from the DB(database) file I downloaded was the "Roster Update 3", I'm still missing 1 and 2. If anyone has them either in PKG format or know a DB which includes them please reply with a link thanks.
