Help with installing an arena(misc04 arena problem)

So i am trying to install this mod :

and everything works fine, except when i did everything and loaded up my game i saw that fans who were not in the area that lighting hit, they would have a weird grey glow. Also the aprons were not WM XXIV, but raw 13-14 aprons. The same aprons also appeared in some nxt takeover arenas, and other arenas had broken barricades. After some trial and error i nailed it down to misc 04 being the problem. I dont know what im doing wrong, i tried to follow the instructions closely. I have added my 0398 file that i extracted from misc 04 arena down below, if anybody could see what the problem might be?
