mario string not working (Read entire thing)

I've been trying to install a mario with stuff like, ch pacs, and pofo but even though i used the hex code from the string table but i keep getting "5EFF empty string to be filled" even though thats the hex code for Mario. I also replaced rick rude. anybody know whats happening?

The String table you have been using is for the Super String in WWE 2k19. It won't work in WWE 2k20.
