Sound Editor Convert Error

Sound Editor gives me an error when trying to convert files to wem. It says 'File 0 conversion to wav failed. Please make sure to run this tool with administrator rights.' I did what the message said and that didn't work. I think it broke because I downloaded Audacity which I have since deleted. Any other suggestions would really be appreciated.
