Unfinishable custom matches keep happening in Universe Mode

I never customized any match, but it automatically happens sometimes and it's unfinishable.

This seems to happen only during PPV(not sure), and it's like this.

It was just a normal match, but when I get in the match...

It becomes a custom match that cannot be finished.

Not sure but I guess this has got to do with editing misc01_start_p30.pac file since I installed a mod to play Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber in custom arenas.

Anyone got advice?

@saedaegari, This can be caused by two issues. 

One is a corrupt save file or maybe one of the mods. But don't touch your save file yet.

Regarding the Elimination Chamber mod, I have withdrawn this mod and the weapon wheel mod as it had a few issues. I will suggest you look in the thread and download the recent version I posted.

Well, looked into the thread and re-installed the 0008.dat file  but it kept happening.

Installed the vanilla 0008.dat and it's not happening for a week.
