Data editor broken

My data editor is really broken. If i assign 5 attires to tyson kidd, it saves it. But if i give dean ambrose 4 attires after i gave tyson kidd the 5 attires, it kinda like overwrites it and tyson has 1 attire, and dean has 4. So basicly only one person can have more than 1 attire. Also its linked up to cct but it doestn work if i just import the attires in cct, they dont get extra attire slots. And only recently it started breaking, old wrestlers who had lots of attires stil have them. Also i can give more attires to people who already had more than 1 attire(example: jericho had 4, i can give him 5 and it wont dissapear). What should i do? Redownload it? And if so would that get rid of the attire slot information and everyone would have 1 attire?

Are you overwriting the same Unlocked attire slot instead of assigning a new one, by any chance? Try clicking the "Go to first unassigned slot" button before you assign unlocked attires to a new wrestler (or select a different slot). Don't forget clicking the  "Apply..." button after adding or modyfing data in an Unlocked attire slot as well, otherwise the changes won't take.

So it says "no unassigned slots found. You'll have to replace a wrestler in an unassigned slot to unlock their attires". So as i understand it i have reached the limit and if i want to add more attires to different wrestlers i have to remove attires from others?

Yes. 100 wrestlers with alternate attires is the maximum that's accessible via the in-game selection, unfortunately (plus CAW attires). You'll have to swap them out if you want to have alternate attires on a different wrestler at this point. I suggest you export the .attire_names file of the one you wish to replace so you can easily restore it if you decide you want to use alternate attires for that wrestler again after a while.

Thank you for the help, really appreciate it!
