Modded logo pac thumbnails not showing (2K19))

First things first, sorry, I'm new to this process for 2K games.

I am trying to replace the in-game default championship title parts with some awesome stuff I'm sure many of us have seen from Reddit user SimonWelf.

Using the newest build of WrestleMinus, I've been able to extract the old and import the new file I want to use.

So the screenshots here, I've got: Top Row is the full-size (512x512) and thumbnail (256x128) I've replaced into the pac for the NXT title in the Relief section of the Create a Championship. The 2nd row is for comparison, the NXT Womens title and how the files out-of-the-box appear in WrestleMinus.

At the bottom you can see that the thumbnail is missing. I can select that blank space and it will function as expected, by placing the full-size on the object and I can edit normally from there.

Couple of extra notes:

This is from scratch, I don't have any mods installed, other than having successfully replacing some theme songs (why can't every process be that simple! lol).
I've rebuilt the .def file with both WrestleMinus, and with CCT.

What am I doing wrong to get the thumbnails to appear? This isn't exclusive to relief parts either, as I've tried doing it with the basic WWE Designs logos also and have the same issue.

Cheers, thanks everybody!
