How many titatrons can be added to the game total? Can I only replace what's currently in the game or can I add them to slots in cct for perfect plex and unused?

If you install the Titantron Fix (can be do ne via CCT), I believe you should be able to use tron IDs up to 999. If you modify the Titantron Fix you might be able to unlock more than those, too.
