i beleive thats kg's tool right? If so, i beleive he'd be able to give you a new key since you reset your pc.

I would also like to see some progress on this.  The only way on xbox I've seen is from the paid tool.  Would be great for someone to figure out how to enable those npcs for those who don't want to buy the tool.

so after a long night me and my friend come to the conclusion we need someone with more experience to help us with this we know its all hashed keep in mind im still trying but if anyone knows more or think they know anyone that can help please please please message me im gonna be up all night and tomorrow+ at this guys im gonna try my best

idk why the program is not working...

i followed the instructions in the readme.

plus. i set an exeption for the program in windows firewall..

is anyone else having this problem?

well. there's a issue. for me when I launch the program. it says the welcome screen. then it just exits out the program.
