Help installing a CH mod

Hello! I wanted to see if I can get help with installing a mod. For some reason and after always do this, installing a new superstar doesn't work for me with CCT. I'm trying to install Cactus Jack and Mankind but it doesn't show up on my game. I did everything I could think of, I even opened the pofo with data editor and found out that the mod was ''locked'' however, they still not appearing in my game after changing the unlock status. Any idea?

Btw, yes. I did ''save'' the game by making changes in the game after installing. Also tried with a different pofo, Sabu. So I don't think are the files.

Did you clear and rebuild the chuck0.def file before you launched the game? You have to do that every time you install a new mod.

Yes, I did. I just noticed that the name ID was off for both files so I had to regenerate based on the mod ID WITH DATA EDITOR. Let's hope that do it. Still checking tho. Thank you

Did you install PerfectPlextra? If not, do so via CCT's Install Mods menu.
