Unlocking the AJ Styles Gold slot?

So I tried putting Glacier in the Golden AJ slot and he isn't showing up, I assume because that slot is locked behind the Million Dollar Challenge achievement. From the looks of it the Tower has been removed due to the contest being closed. Is there any way to unlock the slot via Data Editor, WrestleMinus, etc? 

 

EDIT: Tower wasn't showing due to WWE Live updates being turned off by default for some reason.

You should be able to click on the slot on CCT and while the game is running, right click and select "unlock."

I'm not seeing that option. The only options I have are to install/edit the pofo and moveset files and the quick actions.

It should be under the quick actions.

Yeah, it's not there. Only option is to assign animations, trons, etc and sort them into playable and non playable. Which I tried but it didn't work.
