How to uninstall alt attire mods?

I recently hit my alt attire limit without realising till today when trying to install an Owen Hart mod and thus I need to uninstall some alt attires. I've noticed CCT has an uninstall option but the only problem is that this seems to only be to uninstall entire characters. Which is a problem because I'm mainly looking to uninstall attires for default slots.

Is there any way to take out alt attires without deleting the entire slot?
