Renders reverting?

I've been installing real life renders for all of my wrestlers and the following revert to using their default renders from time to time:

Sasha Banks

Sheamus 

Dana Brooke

What can I do to fix this?

EDIT: Just tried to inject a regular .DDS render file of Sasha using the PAC editor and now she has no render. I'm stupid. Can anyone help me?
