Nameless Mods?

When I download mods to 2k19 they show up and are playable but they show up without the name in menu select. So all my mods are listed below Zack Ryder and are only distinguishable by their overalls. What should I do to fix this? What step am I missing?

Reinstall the super string, I just had this issue yesterday - the string you are using is likely corrupted.
