CC File Broken - Can't Download?

I tried downloaded a few decent caw managers but after trying 4, i got the same message for all of them:

 

"the file is broken, can't download"

 

is something wrong with CC? The creators for these caws were all different so it would seem like a crazy coincidence - hope this has nothing to do with modding
