Adding entrance to menu question

I have added Sonya Deville's 2k20 entrance port. In the menu, it was coming up as 51A7 - string to be filled (or something like that)

I have followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWqkp01IVCM&feature=youtu.be

I changed the name in the string of 51A7 to "Sonya Deville 2k20" and then added the necessary info from the video to the cae_item_p30.pac file.

While it does now appear in the menu as such, it appears TWICE. I'm not sure why.

Any help appreciated! Thanks!

Hi,

The string ID for the ported entrances was already added to the cae_item_p20.pac file that came with the mod.

The reason it showed up as 51A7_STRING TO BE FILLED was because you probably didn't copy the string_win.pac file which came with the mod.

Adding it to the cae_item_p30.pac file will only mean the game will display the entries from both files.

Oh! Okay, so I could probably delete it then from the p30 and it should be fine then, yea?

Yes that's all you need to do.
