SOBoyle
Hi, I'm new to modding on WWE 2K19, I've downloaded Custom Character Tools and Data Editor 2K19. I'm trying to import CM Punk, his models and moveset import fine however he has a blank name everywhere (this happens for all modded wrestlers I bring in). Please could someone explain how to sort it out? Pofo file seems fine, and I've installed the Superstring. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Davehinnegan1986
use Custom Character Tools, at top go to install mods and install superstring. and rebuild def
SOBoyle
Hi I’ve done both of these things and it’s still not working
noobmodder
It also happens to me that the game, for whatever reasons does not accept the pofo file I import. So what I do is this Use the Data Editor. Edit the Pofo file of that slot, save it with a name like "CMPunk.pofo". Import that file with th CCT on the slot where you have installed him. Perform a safe! It's more "work", of course, but not that difficult to do. And so far that solution always worked for me.
SOBoyle
Oh so am I fucking up by not giving up an existing slot to import Punk? I use the CTT, search for Punk and it says unused by his name. Do I need to go to a wrestler that’s already in the game and replace him with Punk?
noobmodder
You use the same "slot" (ID) for the moveset and pofo that you use for the character model If we I go with how it is in the CTT, it is 468. So if it is like that, you read out the pofo of slot 468 and edit it to make it fit for CM Punk. It doesn't matter if the the Slos is unnused, as long as it does exist. Hi, for reference where do I find the location of the pofo file I need to edit with the Data Editor?

The Pofo file has the same Slot ID as the charactemodel. Load the pofo with the coresponding ID. In case of CM Punk it would be 468

Jiu-jitsuGOS
I am new at modding but i had to reinstall the mod when that happened to both my universe and the normal way. then the names worked. makes sure you load pofo and movesets while in the the char editors then save to all
