Is it possible to port EVTs from older games into 2k19? And from 2k19 into older games?

Yes it is both ways but you will face some issues with porting 2k19 entrances to older games.

Unlike in 2k19 where the developers enabled audio playback for all evt slots, previous games are not quite the same so you don't have the flexibility of assigning any evt slot to a ported entrance like we do with 2k19. With this issue the assigned theme music will not play.

We could only use a limited number of EVT ID slots for ported entrances in 2k18 and previous games, especially entrance slots the developers has assigned to an entrance in a previous game.
