Help needed. Trying to mod hulk Hogan . Failed big time.

So I'll try to make this post short. but I ended up buying WWE 2K 19 after 20 was terrible. I had already owned 19 on PS4 but really love the game and wanted to play with mods. The PC is far superior and I have a great PC 2X 2080S  I followed every tutorial to try to get Hulk Hogan in my universe OR EVEN IN THE GAME.

Everything I've done has not worked I followed multiple tutorials on YouTube TO THE LETTER.  I was able to successfully get his silhouette to show up in the character selection screen but he has no intro he just appears in the ring even though the tutorial video clearly shows him coming down the aisle with his Hogan persona I imported his pogo and his moveset used the wrestle plus program and the cct program and it still didnt work.  Anyone that wants to help me get this working r willing to help me with a walkthrough on discord I'll hook up with a $25 steam card. I'm fed up. LoL I cant figure it out. I figure if some wants to take the time out of their day  to help me I'll dont mind paying for your time .thanks in advance.

I'd like to point out I down loaded  a hulk hogan from the community creations page and however I fkd up the installation of azn mods now I have 2 hulk Hogans and 1 Hollywood Hogan .none work correctly.
