XBOX 360 - Is there a way to install caws with unmodded consolle?

I buyed  a used copy of WWE2k14, but the servers are down. 

Is there a way to install caws with Horizon (like for example mods for PES2018?)

I have a profile only for modding on a usb stick. When I don't use WWE2k14 I disconnect the USB stick

I create a offline profile

I inject the savegame finded on CAW VAULT with Horizon.

I reashed and save, but the game tells me that the downloaded content is damaged.

What can I do?

I don't have donwloaded contet, only title update

I've tryed many times but it doesn't works.

I also tried to export my savegame and inject  caws in my savegame with PUR3's Mod Tool

I put on usb with Horizon but no way
