I recently finally got around to upgrading to Windows 10,m but I just cannot get WrestlerPLUS to work at all.

(*) On loading up, I immediately get a message saying "error occured! Try again"
(*) It asks to identify my 2k19 executable everytime I load it up (it seems to remember the directory where it lives just fine, it just doesn't seem to save the fact that I already identified it)
(*) Everytime I try to intialise, when it tries to download the String file (etc) it tells me that my device is not ready
(*) When trying to load any pac file I get this message: "Specified argument was out of the range oif valid values. Parameter name: i"

I've made the whole directory exempt from my antivirus software, but I still get these problems even after a fresh install.

Anyone have any suggestions please? There are some features of WrestlePLUS which none of the other fine modding tools have (btw, Custom Character Tools and Data Editor both work fine)

It could be a permission issue. Try to run it as administrator. If that doesn't help, try to install it to location outside your OS drive (or, at the very least, a user-created directory outside things like Program Files, etc..). Maybe try running it from an Windows Administrator account instead of a regular user account. Not sure what else you can try.
If you're running BitLocker drive encryption, try turning it off (might require a reinstall of the OS, though).

Thanks for getting back to me - after much more trial and error I have found that I had to skip through the initial error messages, then manually set up every directory (don't accept the offer to copy all when prompted), then close and re-open

I thought I had removed all trace of the initial install from my system, but it was somehow still trying to use an old directory structure (hence the "Device not ready" message

Thanks again
