Gender swap in 2020

Hello guys, I'm making my custom federation and i want to allow intergender matches. As far as i know (and read) i need to switch the gender of the wrestler, and i tried to download pozzum's 2k17+ but main link is broken. I've found another download link but the mod doesn't work as "my version is not compatible". I have original vanilla game from steam, so no pirated copy and stuff. Can someone give me an help? Again, i "just" want my custom wrestlers to fight together, no matter is male of female.
If there's a topic where is explained already, im sorry maybe i've missed it, english is not my native language so probably i'm just blind.
