I'm Using The Emulator Where You Can Extract The Key Files. You Should Try That. Extract The Key Files, Place Them In Your PS3 HDD Or Something Like That. Maybe It'll Work. From There You Can Go To dev_hdd0 Folder Where You'll Find The Extracted Files And The Key As Well. Then For Rebuilding There Are Different Softwares And Stuff. GeorgeFX Posted April 14, 2021 Share Posted April 14, 2021 Hey friends, I have some links that a user gave me, they seem to be the correct ones, they are 3 pkgs for ps3 blus, I was very excited, I installed them but within the game I have all the dlc fighters blocked, they are in gray they say downloadable content and I cannot select them for play. and I do not know what to do ? Extracted The Keys Using RPCS3, Placed Them In The Folder (Where PKG's Are Installed). It Somehow Worked. I Haven't Yet Activated The DLC Because I Don't Have An Actual PS3. Because it NEEDS to be the same region in order for it to work, I imagine. ....also, can I ask where you got the pkg files or is that not allowed here? I'm still a noob with this site, tbh. The game is BLES00361, right? Cause, again, there's another BLES for SVR 09, being BLES00360, which is the aforementioned Australian version. Believe it or not, despite both being BLES, the DLC won't be compatible with the game if the game is BLES00360 and the DLC is BLES00361.
