Wrestlers glitching through ramp

I know how to fix it i just don't understand what am i supposed to do. I have extracted the 0002 file from WWE 2K19\pac\root\misc01_start.pac  and opened it through hxd editor, but i don't know what " you'll see the first 02 at the 1CDB offset" means. I have found the arena i need (smackdown A0 41) But i dont get which number im supposed to change to a 1,2 or 3 to fix the ramp. Also, what code is the rumble? I need to fix that ramp aswell
