I'm curious if anyone out there is still having issues uploading images to wwe.2k.com? Is there a secret to uploading images? Can someone please help?

I have 2k20 but when i first got it i couldn't access the image uploader in the game while the site worked perfectly fine and in 2k19 i do have access to both the site and the incoming tab in the game. I made a few modifications to my account and finally made my account have access to the online stuff but everytime i go to the 2k website it doesn't recognize my account please help me make this site recognize my account

Today I booted up 2k20 just to see how things are going on the bug end of things. I still can’t get logos to show up in my incoming.......
